What's included
I come to your café on a day and time when you are closed (e.g., Monday 7‑10pm or Sunday 6‑9pm). You get:
3 hours of intensive, hands‑on training for up to 10 staff members – Split into three parts:
Hour 1 – Theory & speed leaks. I present a 10‑slide text‑only talk (no boring videos) covering: station layout, batching, communication codes, cleaning while waiting, and the 7 most common time‑wasters.
Hour 2 – Each staff member runs the bar. Every person gets 5–7 minutes on the machine while I give real‑time, specific corrections. The rest of the team watches and learns from each other’s mistakes.
Hour 3 – Live demonstration. I work your machine and make 30–40 drinks at my “fastest barista in London” pace. Your whole team watches every movement. I narrate why I do what I do.
Printed drill cards – A set of 5 laminated cards with 2‑minute drills:
“Make 3 flat whites in 90 seconds”
“Steam two different milks simultaneously”
“Reset your station in 30 seconds”
“Knock box rhythm challenge”
“Till handoff + drink callout”

Each card lives next to the machine. Staff practise during quiet moments.
Printable morning rush checklist – One‑page sign‑off sheet for each shift. Every barista ticks off 5 pre‑rush tasks before opening. Turns training into a daily habit.
Private, unlisted YouTube video – I record a 5‑min hands‑only video during the session (tripod pointing at the machine). You keep the link forever. Use it to train new hires next year.
Certificate of completion for each staff member – Printable PDF with your café name, their name, and “Flō Speed Certification”. Staff take pride. You build a faster team.
30‑day WhatsApp support for the owner – For 30 days after the masterclass, you can text me with questions (“Two new hires started – can I get a refresher Loom?”). I reply within 24 hours.

How it works
1. You pay £2,497 via Stripe or Revolut.
2. We book a 15‑min discovery call (phone or Zoom audio). We agree on a closed time that works for your team (evenings or Sundays are popular).
3. One week before the session, I send you a 1‑page “prep sheet” for your staff. It includes 3 things to think about before I arrive.
4. Upon arrival, I set up my tripod and lay out the drill cards.
5. 3‑hour session runs. Your café is closed – no customers, no phone, no distractions.
6. Within 24 hours, I email you: the private YouTube link, the certificate template, and a PDF of all drill cards + checklist.
7. You print the drill cards and put them next to the machine. Your team practises for 5 minutes each shift. Queue time drops within one week.
